Stuck and Confused, Help!!!

I ordered a catless downpipe and atmospheric bypass valve for my 16 rs and i need a tune does anyone out there know how I can order a tuner or a tune that will work with my new upgrades? I don't want to have to pay 500$ for a local tune and another 150 for the dyno satisfaction..

Figured it out, I'm just getting the dyno tune in the long run it's the better deal.! Thank you for the advice though it helped me out.
