Throttle Pulse 3k rpm to 4k rpm

2012 Turbo Hatch

Full Trifecta Tune
Injen Intake
BNR Downpipe
ZZP Catback
DDM Shifter Bushings

Just installed the downpipe and now the cars throttle pulsates about 3-4 times between 3k rpm and 4k rpm on wide open throttle while in any gear with tune on and in eco mode. I think it did it b4 the downpipe but i couldnt notice it. I can hear it and feel it.

My thoughts

1. Cold weather (mid to low teens in PA) + high boost + stock injectors = running lean

2. Car sensing a fault with o2 sensor and running in some type of safe mode

3. Plug gaps off or fauled

Plug gaps are a likely culprit, make sure they're at .028" and ensure the springs in the plug boots aren't bound (not ****ed in the boots).

Also have you datalogged since adding the DP? Your fuel trims could be off , causing the pulsations.

Just curious - try unplugging your BOV electrical connection. I think you're running higher boost and your BOV is cycling a few times. I've run into this before and had to calibrate around it.

Unplugging your BOV is to just see if your "pulse" goes away.

thanks you guys. plug boots are good i check them every 1k miles or so. I will check gaps and try unplugging and replugging in my bov and let u guys know

btw i have not data logged the bov so i will be doing that also. again thanks for the speedy response

where is the "eletrical connection" for the bov. all i see coming off it is the air tube
