Washer Fluid disappearing/related to recall?

2012 Sonic 1.8 here: As of recent, the washer fluid has been emptying rather quickly, at first I thought it is because the capacity of the tank is not a lot but now I am convinced something is not right. When I refill the tank the car sprays washer fluid again normally but after a certain amount of time it empties out. It does, however, dissipate gradually and not just disappear in a flash.

I am not convinced it is the same problem as the recall on the car, which by the way I had taken to the dealer to get done long ago.

Any thoughts what might be the problem?

How do the washer sprayers perform? The recall you cited said the washers would not perform.

You're saying the reservoir/tank is empty over a period of time without using the washers.

Maybe the line going to the hatchback ? Hows does that one perform ?

Thanks for the reply. First of all there is no supply to my rear hatch (since the car was new) so I don't know if it was introduced in a later model or mine never had it or mine just never worked?

I went out today and the washer fluid level was still to where I filled it last night. With the car parked I tried using the washer and it worked fine and I saw the level go down as I was using it. I moved the car to see if there was any leakage on the ground (in case it leaks while you use it because in my case it doesn't seem to leak while standing) and I saw nothing.

So I don't know if it is just being used up from spraying??
