XM quite working..Yes my account is active

XM just stopped one a week ago. Called XM, and GM customer service but neither could offer any help. Seems to be the My Link head unit having probelems. All the XM buttoms are grey'd out, like they're not active. I have no ability to select or move from one XM station to the other via the head unit. It beeps at me, but that's it. Was hoping it was a fuse or connection somewhere that was bad. Any ideas?? Next step is take it to the dealer and let them sort it.

I would bet it's a mylink issue

If you have re pushed the signal to the radio through xm and have exhausted all other possibilities. I would say it the head unit

Mine did the same thing on the original firmware. Took it in to the dealer for the firmware upgrade and that corrected the problem. The tech told me that if the update hadn't fixed it, they would have ordered me a new Mylink.
