Yellow Sonic RS Performance Upgrades?

I posted here because this seems to me to be a Sonic RS item.

That's good news! Whenever my 2009 Cobalt SS sells(or if I trade it in), I'll be ordering the RS. More power that doesn't affect warranty is probably the way I'll go this time around.

It sounds like it will be available for all 1.4 engines. I don't think it's RS exclusive at all. On the Cruze forums they have been expecting a 1.8 kit but there is no mention of that here. I believe all of their previous kits were for n/a engines.

Caught! Yellow fever strikes again.

The GMPP power upgrade for the 3rd Gen Cavalier was a supercharger.
Later with the Cobalt the power upgrades I am aware of were for the supercharged then later for the turbocharged Cobalts. So the first one I am referring to was definitely an NA motor but the next ones were for FI motors.

Chevy had FI engines before the ones I referred to above and may have had GMPP power upgrades for them - that is an era I must plead ignorance. In those days I always had at least one but often two 4WD vehicles.

I think laborsmith would buy it sans any upgrades at all WITH the increased price just to get yellow.

That's what I first thought, but I wasn't 100% sure, so I just left it open ended.

I think the upgrades are being designed for the 1.4Turbocharged.

I suspect some will understand the picture may have been more important than the subject. To me.

The article probably belongs in a different section if anyone wants to move it.

Looks like Competition Yellow to me, but I am partially color blind.

You definitely have a better view than I because I can not even see the rims on the Sonic. I also can not see the black bar that appears on non-RS Sonics.

I'm not a fan of yellow. My brother has a yellow camaro and calls it bumble bee.

I had to inform him that bumble bee was gold. Lol
