I appreciate the response. It's always frustrating to find a post describing an issue your having but the OP hasn't posted a follow up.

I realize it's been 7+ years. Any memory on what the problem actually was and the fix?

Unfortunately this forum is lacking in responses and follow up. Did you ever determine what the problem was?
