They cut me from 45 to 25, switched payroll from weekly to bi-weekly and cut my budget for parts. The new operations manager and accountant have it in for me

My primary job is with Maximum Security Alarm, I do all the IT and order all the parts for the 75 installers nation wide. My new second job is working for a Sub dealer of my primary job closing deals over the phone. I've been in the industry for the last 5 years and I enjoy it, I'm just getting tired of being jerked around by ownership.
