Seriously though, the Sonic is more prone to fogging than other cars I've driven, and the only solution I've found is to run Defrost, which impacts mpg. It isn't critical to run the heat very high, if that's uncomfortable. I don't know why this is, I guess something about the slope of the windshield causing a cooling effect, or something about how the vent system never seems to actually turn off?
It's usually not bad, but I remember some warm days back shortly after I bought it where I was running AC, then defrost, then AC, trying to keep comfortable but fog free on rainy days. Solution probably would have been to run AC and defrost both at once, blow cold but dehydrated air on the glass.
