I always felt that the speed limits in PA were a bit low. It has been a few years since I've been up there though. Most of my driving is in Ohio and it isn't horrible; 60 or more on divided highways isn't bad with 65 on the interstates. Both pale in comparison to WV I'll admit; 70 on interstates and 65 on divided highways. It could be worse, like driving in the vicinity of Charlotte, NC.
