the first two might be your service provider, and not the phone.

and you know, I had Verizon for years and was very happy with the service, but the customer support sucked bad. since switching to AT&T, I've had nothing but a good experience.

If you have AT&T and DSL home Internet look into getting the AT&T Microcell.. it gives you full bars and 3G/4G all thru yiur home internet and its free.. just $200 for the box but you can easly find it for $70 on ebay
