More Aluminum outlet fittings available

Hi all i have just finished a new batch of 6 aluminum outlet fittings that replaces the last pieces of plastic that connect the water outlet to the expansion tank. These are known to get brittle and break like the outlet itself does. my fitting features a double O ring upgrade which prevents the fitting from rocking in the bore which also wears out the original single O ring casing it to leak.

1.4 Turbo motor only.

I have 76 of these fittings in the field now with zero failures and 110,000 miles on my own fitting with no issues.

They go for $38 (inclu shipping to US destinations) which basically covers my costs for making them on a manual lathe. The picture shows the fitting on my Chevy Cruze but its the same arrangement on the Sonic/Trax etc.

I had not planned on doing so,, Its not obvious to me how to replicate that plastic clip (which is eliminated on the 1.4 Turbo setup). Also, I had over 100,000 miles on my Cruze fitting before I was confident that my design was sound. As I don't own a 1.8 I don't have a way to do this.

I could probably figure out a design if I have the outlet that the fitting would plug into.. If somebody wanted to send me one I could look at it.. Maybe I can buy one on line?..

OK I can see how a fitting could be made for the 1.8 outlet. Basically a short length of hose (about 3/4") pushed over the hose stub and secured with a hose clamp. The fitting could then be secured in the end of this hose.
I'd still like to have the outlet in my hand to make a prototype fitting though.
