When I do my tails I want them professionally tinted with film. I don't like that fuzzy look of doing it with a rattle can.

Just make sure you put on plenty of clear coats

I was going to give plastidip smoke and clear a try when I get home. Probably try it on my HD's tail light first, it's a lot cheaper to replace a tail light cap vs the whole tail light on a car.

If you clear coat over the dip it doesn't come off.

If it doesn't feel off..... I would rather experiment on a part that costs 10 bucks. I really do not want to have to strip the paint and have to refinish the plastic to get it to look stock afterwards.
