Nice but I would've gone with at least a 225 tire... Or preferably a 245

I know this is mentioned somewhere else on forums, but I did not purchase TPMS for my Rials from TireRack. Is there any negative effect from having TPMS light on dash? I personally dont mind it. I read somewhere that on vehicles like the corvettes that when the tpms light is on, performance and traction and stability control are affected. Just wanted to make sure without searching around through a ton of other tpms threads that wouldnt give me a clear answer. Thanks

From what I hear, it does not affect anything other than the light annoying your eyes...I took the TPMS out of my stocks and put them in my new wheels. Any wheel and tire shop should do it for you for like 5 or 10 bucks a tire.

I do not recall a TPMS light, but the DIC would chime then display a low tire warning. Also indicated which tire was reporting low pressure. No other adverse actions. My 2002 Corvette did it so often when tire pressure was ok on all four that Chevy eventually replaced all four sensors under warranty, and that was when the price was almost $150 each.
A Corvette needs the monitor as it uses run flat tires. I am not convinced the Sonic needs it other than as a way to comply with the feds. Thank you Ralph Nader.

Love my wheels so far, but would like them pushed out just a tad more to be completely flush. Would you guys recommend I pick up some of the ddmworks spacers and do you think the 3/16" difference would be worth it? Also, the michelin defender tires, which btw are rated for 90k miles, are very quiet on the road and handle ever a lil better than stock hankooks. I bought them with mindset of saving money on tires and gas over life of vehicle and could care less if theyre not amazing for something like an occasional auto-x.

Does anyone know if with wider(7.5") wheels and lower offset wheels(37et) if I could safely run the ddmworks 3/16" spacers? Im just wondering because I am assuming with wider wheels and spacers much more stress is put on stock lugs and with the extra width there is little to no thread for the lugnuts to tighten to. Does this sound about right or would I be safe running the spacers as well. Thanks!
