You probably do have the snorkel. That "heart" is just a catch for any liquid that might get sucked into the snorkel so it doesn't get sucked into the engine. It was attached to the bottom elbow bend of that tube.

Yeah I had a snorkel... HAD.

Just didn't have that huge box stuck on it. kinda odd but oh well.

Oh I speed read your reply lol If you zoom in the pic you can see the opening at the bottom of the snorkel where it was attached.

I don't remember seeing that plastic chunk on mine either.

But I ripped mine out from above. Next time I have the wheel off I'll see if its there so I can destroy it. Do not want.

It's possible you could have left it behind. It separated very easily.

You can see it there in the pic with the wheel well pulled down.

It's not there, I pulled mine from the fender well, plus your's would have a hole where it was attached. I'm positive that box is a 1.8 thing probably to help aide in resonance control.
