LED Daytime Running Lights

I had four PVC LED strips laying around the house so I decided to hook them up. They are not powered by the car battery because I'd rather not void the warranty. I have a small rechargeable hobby style 12 volt battery (with in-line fuse) in the neat little compartment under the cup holders (If you haven't opened it up yet, all it takes is a flat-head screwdriver and a bit of patience to work it around the spring loaded holders. There is a ton of space in the little area for stuff). The battery will last for around 40 hours. In other words, it should last a good month before it needs a charge. :banana:

I wouldn't doubt that he darkened it to get rid of the glare maybe.

You should not void your warranty by hooking it up to the battery i did that on mine and they said nothing

Yeah I Pshopped it so the led's wouldn't be so obnoxious to look at.

Sub: I got a fuse tap finally and felt better about hooking up to the car. Now they turn on with the remote start and key on.

They'll light up the road enough to see a short distance (Tested on closed course).

Dont lie you turned you lights off going down the road...... I had LEDs on my ranger... in know the feeling
