The first DIY has been to change the bulbs of origin by a Philips Xtreme Vision that give a whiter, brighter light. This morning I do the second, improving interior light using SMD LED bars that I used and successful in my car, the reason is that in the rear seats do not see anything, just have a ceiling light in front driver's position

Ours is a LT+ versión (EU) and LTZ version is not available in Spain, I will come in May / June this year, I guess this version will bring a ceiling
to the rear, of course LT + not wearing it.
Then get to work, quietly, studying the subject well. As a good friend of mine always says, well done it seems.
Dismount the panel forward to meet a 12V bulb filament C5W conventional first thing I did was change it to a block of LEDs
SMD type 12 units that had at home, although I will make one more LED lighting to enhance the interior of the front seats.
Then remove the plastic frame that houses the small ceiling, it will not hit, only pulling out under pressure, with tact and without force (remember that everything is plastic)
we have better access.
Back first thing we find is a block of high density polyurethane placed to maintain the shape of "belly" in that area, so feeling inside between the liner
metal roof and see that there is a gap to insert the cable. We practice with a punch a small hole in the rear, at will, where we put the extra light.
We put the guide forward until were right hollow out the ceiling near the front, pass the cable and electrical conductors with a cable to join our soffit (takes 3, the mass is black and gray is positive, the middle one) .
I have used a smd led bar DIODER Ikea gives a white light and the bar is very low profile, which is very discreet, with the cable connection goes right to the bar for what is not absolutely nothing and is as a facility

Latest on the subject of the rear speakers. -
I just got phone call from Customer Service Chevrolet Spain for the consultation through the website I put on the existence of pre-installed rear speakers and YES, WE CONGRATULATIONS, dealers have a newsletter for a few days in they indicate the existence of a wiring kit to connect the existing pre is on the pillars of door, separating the front from the rear, so to prolong the pre to make it reach the rear doors so they can install speakers.
This morning I'm going to get in touch with my dealer as indicated by Customer to inform me of what it's worth, if it is too expensive may choose to do it myself.
