Idk if im posting this thread in the right place, but anyways... Every time i google Chevy sonic parts, andysautosport.com is one of the first companies to pop up, so 2 weeks ago i ordered a muffler and they immediately gave me a confirmation number and told me that i would shortly get an email with my tracking number. The next day i still didn't have my email, so i googled how to find my tracking number and instead found threads about people getting ripped off by this company. I called and they guaranteed me the part had been sent and they would resend my email, still no email so i called again and they tell me that part had not been sent yet but to wait for my email. Once again no email so i called yet another time and they hung up on me. The next day i call again and was told their systems were down and to call the next day. By the end of the week my bank statement showed that they had collected the money so i called again and asked to be given my tracking number over the phone, after an hour of excuses they finally told me that the order was never placed and denied charging me. I finally called my bank and they gave me my money Back and said they will get the fbi involved for online scamming. Please don't buy from this company
