Just installed the new down pipe from BNR. Install was straight forward, but, beware the hidden bolt for the factory down pipe hanger. Everything lined up perfectly and was swapped in in about 40 minutes. It looks and sounds great!

Thanks, I haven't really ran it to hard yet. The standard increased spool and sound are all present. I still need to disable the CEL and I want to get a good log and update before I start beating on it to bad.

Thanks, it is a nice pipe.

None yet, it was a surprise to both of us that it had the extra bung. It could easily be an option down the road now. An aluminum block off plate and a gauge would be pretty easy to install in the dash pocket. Trim it to fit, a couple of "L" brackets riveted to it and some velcro on the L to dash would probably suffice. Well, I guess I need to start looking for a wide band kit.

Derp or Trifecta?!lol Can't tell if you're speaking in the "third person"..... I think I have looked at that one a few times, usually find their adds in Muscle Mustang mag. I might be done modding until I get back from deployment in the December, it will be a long summer driving it around with nothing new added to it.

I think it would make a nice trendsetting addition to your sleeper build.

It has two outputs. One for a gauge and one for logging.

Nice. I'll look into it, maybe if I can save the funds this summer I'll take on the project.

Trend setting?! And sleeper build?! Y'all are crushing me on trend setting and I need to get an 18" resonator to make it a sleeper again, no cats and a single muffler is way to loud for me.

Just tossed the resonator back in, much more to my liking. I'll get some driving videos up on my next outing but it sounds just about like it did with the stock catted DP with a little more rasp at mid to WOT.

Nope, almost had full tractor and threw the resonator back in, 4 bangers just don't sound good to me when straight piped.

Docked the antenna tonight. Black Sharpie, a set of dikes and a minute is all it took. I removed the antenna from the car and noted zero audible change in audio quality, I usually use my Sirius/XM app to stream music anyways.

The final mod to the Sonic is complete. I think it turned out great and is pretty quick now!!
