Hey guys I was wondering on how good they are of an upgrade. Right now im planning on doing the Budget Tune and then upgrading injector. After the upgraded injectors im going to do the full custom tune and a full 2.5in turbo back exhaust.

Also are these the correct injectors?

Also if anyone knows how big an upgrade performance wise it is. I was reading that most upgrade after the tune you put alot of stress on the stock injectors. But with the tune and bigger injectors does it make a difference in power if i didnt upgrade the injectors.

It's a marginal power upgrade at best, worth a couple HP after the stock injectors go "static".

I've been contemplating upgrading injectors solely because the stock injectors are working so hard at WOT and also to get some more precise injection events during peak loads.

That's all for 91-93 oct. If you switch to E-85 then bigger injectors are more or less mandatory.

You're going to want the full tune first, once the injectors go in you're car won't run right with out a updated tune and Trifecta can get you a tune to get you running right off the bat and then you'd dial them in. Jerry at BNR says that the bigger injectors tuned alone is worth about another 10 hp over your current set up.

I think if you did enough mods to really have the factory injectors max out. Than you would see some power increase with the bigger injectors.I just dont see tuned cars with intake mods needing bigger injectors

Trifecta says the stock injectors ARE pretty much hitting 100% duty cycle with the full tune.

the car needs, if you're worried about 100% duty cycle, injectors with just a time.

I hear you ! With my tune they run max 85% at Wot with 11.8 AF. 178HP/201TQ flywheel.Why with Trifecta there at 100% must be there dumping a lot of fuel on the top end

Don't get them from Ebay, If you got that link from my post (I know I got them from there) BUT you will need a re-tune!!! that cost about $100. just save your self the trouble and get them from BNR.
