Need help pulling out my center console

Ok so I've searched the forum and I found how easy it is to take the top pay and the radio part of the center console out but, nothing pertaining to the a/c vents and fan control panel. I tried pulling it off like the upper pieces but met some resistance.
Anybody know how to get that panel off? Do I need to pull harder? Hidden screws? I'm trying to vinyl wrap the center console and it's easier with the pieces off the car.

I got something COMPLETELY different in mind...... got a hold of some "interesting" print vinyl. Pictures will follow for sure. And I guess I should prolly start a build thread for my car soon.

After you see my vinyl project you'll understand why. It wouldn't flow with what I'm trying to do.
In any case, I need to start putting some go fast goodies in this car. I can't be all show and no go. I'm doing the trifecta budget tune as soon as I get the money.

Ok so I'm still having trouble pulling out the hvac controls party of my center console. I read and re-read the thread about pulling the dash apart but it glances over the hvac part. Maybe cuz it's an automatic in that thread that it's different from my car?? Anyways, still meeting allot of resistance when trying to pull hvac panel off. I don't want to break something

There are 4 screws. 2 on top and 2 on bottom. Then it just pops out.

Ok got it off. The part I was getting hung up on was the 4 screws part. Apparently my sonic was put together with only 2 screws. The top screws were never there so I didn't understand when you guys said 4 screws. In any case it's off. And now I can play around some more
