New Sonic 1.4T Sedan Automatic

Picked up my new Sonic yesterday! Able to get a 1.4l Turbo auto sedan. Went to the dealer group who had it. Now it's time for some fun!

Congrats on the new ride. Can you please post what the city and highway mileage ratings are with the 6 speed automatic? Also how is the car? Is it plenty peppy with the auto?

27/37 as above. My wife wanted to hate it but now she is driving it when she gets a chance. It is still peppy with the auto as well.

Thanks for the info. I'm a little disappointed in the mileage as I think the Cruze auto gets 38 mpg IIRC. But I would think the Sonic Auto is quicker as it weighs less.

Any chance you know what the RPM's are on the freeway? Say 65 or 70 mph?

I use 87 octane from Mobile. 90% city right now.

Do you like the 6sped auto on the 1.4? I have a 5 door that I am going to be picking up in Saint Louis waiting for me sometime this week hopefully.

I have been wanting to get into a hatchback for a few years now, It was just too easy to keep my v6 coupe. Though having the transmission grenade on me a few days ago prompted me to finally contact my aunt who works for chevrolet to have her sign me up for one.
