Dumped the clutch at 2.5k for my data log file record and almost **** myself...with 87 in the car. I hope these clutch threads are true, because even though I HATE to drive that hard and I am just as happy to romp from a roll, I may have just changed my mind

Take it from me, I know this thing isn't a GT-R ut man it is fun. I might even sell my GSXR to get intake, exhaust, injectors and wheels! Don't tell my fiance I had to this to keep from turning the wheel into a god damn bridge compartment!

I don't think it is a good idea running a tune on 87 unless you specially told the tunner you wanted a 87 octane tune.. you will tear your engine up

The only reason I was running 87 is I wasn't expecting the tune to come in lst night, and I didn't go back to the pump. I drive 335 miles to go home on the weekend so I burn almost a whole tank of 87 or 93 no matter what. I just couldn't wait!!!

Side note, I hope that my tune has intelliboost, but I guess I never asked for it explicitly cause I thought it was part of the latest updates to the 1.4L tune?

if its still in test i wouldn't expect it to be in the production tune, i dont follow it that close so it may have made production but with a non turbo i dont get the love

Absolutely agree, the original tune was made for running on 91/93. Very risky brother, just my 2 cents.

you better turn the cruise control on to limit your boost until you get some 93 octane in there
