I don't know a lot about wheel fitment but I have read all through this thread to try and gain some knowledge

I found these wheels and according to what I have read these should almost perfectly fit my Sonic LT with the stock 15's

The only thing I can't figure out is what size tires I should use on these 18's to make sure they fit with the Eibach lowering springs Any help guys?

215/40/18 24.8" diameter
225/40/18 25.1" diameter

The 215 would read a little fast and the 225 would read a little slow, but neither would be off by very much. I can not comment on how they may or may not clear the suspension or body though.

Yes they will clear with lowering springs

ok.... ive dug and dug and dug through as many threads as I could before my eyes crossed and I still have not answered my question.

So here it is. And if someone knows the thread or can help me out please let me know.

Is there anywhere that I can find out what other make model cars have the same tire size that fit on a sonic? I have a scrap yard guy and I can get them cheap so im trying to find a car with something I can get on the cheap..

Google is only way i know. 5x105... As far as i know it's a new bolt pattern exclusive to GM. But, i could be wrong.

Are you looking for tire size or wheel bolt pattern.

Your scrap guy should have his tires sorted by tire size already.

Wheel bolt pattern - The Chevy Cruze and Buick Encore will use 5x105. Other than that - I'm not sure.

Bolt pattern. I told him 5x105 but he said most cars that come in have rims on already and he would keep an eye out for specific make models for me. But cruze and encore is a start.
