got a lil bit more done on the car bov and little sub and amp

Does the recirculating BOV pair well with a Synapse BOV ? The Synapse goes on the charge tube whereas the Forge BOV looks like it attaches to the bypass the bypass, do they do different things and installing both is possible ?

Multiple BOV isn't common and most of the time it isn't necessary unless the first BOV isn't adequate. Ours work fine and shouldn't need to run two.

The forge BOV is in the stock location next to the air output on the turbo.

It's possible to run two, one in the stock location and the second on the cold charge pipe, you would need to run your vacuum line to each one.
