Just got my 2 3000.1's Strapped @ 2 ohm on my woofer, just wanted to show everyone what its all about

One amp is located on the back of the seats, Box was built angled to clear the 17 degree angle of the back seats (something around that cant remember exactly the degree)
Another 3k Located below the floor, then below that 2 XS power XP3000's, all 2/0 Wiring from front to back and battery distribution, along with big three,

HO Alt on its way

That's terrible logic. It takes a lot more to make just 12 more db in most cases. As you get higher up in the range it gets even harder.

Take drag racing for instance, your 400 horsepower runs 12s, you add 100 horsepower of nitrous to run 11s, so you think another 100 horsepower will get you into the 10s? Possibly. So maybe another 100 shot on top of that will get you into the single digit club? Unlikely. The faster you go, the power starts going up exponentially just to make up tenths. Car audio is the same way, 1000 watts might hit 130db, but 2000 watts certainly won't do 260 db.

So 12db is a big improvement imho.

incorrect, especially if you are using the sensitivity parameter which means absolutely nothing lol...

You are correct its a 2004 Vibe, going strong, 227,000 miles, was walled with 4 of these 12's, plenty of videos on my channel of it destroying glass!

Sensitivity again is an absolutely terrible way to measure your "spl" out of something

A pyle blue wave 15 has a sensitivity of over 93 1w1m

An SA15 (sundown audio) has a sensitivity of like 88 @ 1w1m

So if your theory is correct, the pyle blue wave would be louder than the SA15... which... is very unlikely dropping the identical subs into the enclosure...
Enclosure, cleanliness of power, properly set gains...

I did watch those videos. I'm just starting to learn my way around this sort of thing, saw my first SPL competition this summer and got to see a couple serious machines. I don't know a whole lot about any of it yet, but someday I'd like to build a competition vehicle. Since I used to have a Vibe I'd thought about it.. Or my '91 civic hatch, but there's already a chick out there with an EF..
