Anyone make a light bar for Rally lights up front??

I've been looking into buying one, but the one I like is a $200 bar.

No one, I was gonna use a generic kc lite, 4 light bumper bar and make a new grill.

Yeah, I was gonna try to make a custom grill so it wouldn't have huge holes in the factor one.

Well, after looking at the pics of a few I found, it LOOKS like the mustache covers the crash bar section. If this is the case, it sounds to me like a GREAT place to mount the light bar to (the bar, not mustache) and now I gotta see how the grilles come out
That's exactly what I had planned as well. Unfortunately I've fallen on tough times and had to put everything car related on hold until at least after Christmas. I wish you good luck. Post results.

Not sure what lights you were looking at but you may need to see how the factory battery and alternator are going to handle them. I has planned on doing 2 kc fog lights in the bumper and 4 driving lights on the light bar, or 2 driving lights and 2 spot lights. Either way that's a lot of extra power.

The lights I plan on using are IPF968s with a yellow dichrotic lens. I don't care what Daniel Stern has posted, yellow lights work amazingly well in inclement weather with suspended particulate in the air such as fog or snow. I have had my set on several vehicles with great results and I am figuring on just 2 for now with a possible LED light bar in between. I'm just now looking into light bars and how they mount and how I can adapt them.

You need to remove the bumper to take the upper grill out. The lower "can" be removed without but can easily damage the tabs. If you plan on doing this much work, spend the extra 30 mins and pop the whole bumper off.
My IPFs are the same size basically as the Hella 500's but the reflectors are way different. Realistically I won't be able to tackle this until spring so I'm gather pictures of the front of the cars and trying to find a pis showing the bumper cover still mounted but with the mustache lower grill removed so the crash bar is plainly visible

I was also hoping for spring, but we will see. The new hood with a scoop may come first.
