Looking for TPS reading from Torque app

Hey guys and gals,
The little sonic has thrown a code for a lean condition. I am running the torque free app to read OBDII diag. Car is a 1.4L Turbo hatch.
Was wondering if anyone else is monitoring their TPS through this app? I am getting a 22% read back at idle. I think this is high and may be causing my issue. Any help is much appreciated.

I'm assuming TPS is throttle position?
I have an Ultra-Gauge and it shows at 20-something % as well at idle.

If your lean what was the code? Have you checked the valve cover?

P0171, no just came up a couple days ago. One thing I noticed was after I turned off the ignition and popped the hood I had a chattering noise, almost like electronic valve chatter. I unplugged the TPS and it went away, plugged it back in and it did not come back.
