Caliper

So I'm painting my calipers today, I already got one done.

What would be the best method to do the holder? I saw online someone sprayed the paint in a cup and used a paint brush to apply it, I wonder if that would yield good results though. Opinions?

Painting with a brush works well, I'd recommend just removing the bracket and caliper when painting them though. It's 4 easy bolts (2 for caliper, 2 for bracket) to remove, then you can paint the bracket off the car, keep the caliper attached with the brake line and get better coverage than if it was still on the wheel too.

The caliper looks good so far, and like Tech_God said the bracket is even easier than the caliper because you can take it all the way off without opening up the hydraulic system.

How do I take that off of the wheel?

On the back of the caliper/bracket, there will be two bolts (I believe you need an allen wrench for them) holding the caliper to the bracket, then two bolts (standard metric) holding the bracket to the hub. You can pull the bracket off, clean it up, and paint it.
The caliper, however, will still be connected via the brake line (don't disconnect it unless you want to bleed the brakes). Just hang it using a zip tie or something to a suspension component and paint it, then once it dries just put everything back in reverse. It's VERY easy.

The weather permitted ne to finish painting g the calipers, so I did the rotor while I have the wheel off. And I plan in doing the drums tomorrow, but here is the finished product.
