judging by the stuff on the ground in the pic id assume its some kind of overlay or just a really light blue window tint. my guess!

Inside/outside?

On the outside. I got the light blue vinyl tiny from ijdmtoy.com it comes in a roll. I traced out the lights peeled the backing and stuck it on. It looks awesome in person. Plus it protects the plastic lens and it's easy to put on and peel off without any left over residue whole thing took 15 minutes. And when the lights are on it doesn't effect brightness at all

ah., im thinking of spraying mine with 4 parts clear 1 part charcoal,,,

The tint was 12 dollars shipped and I can redue it probably three more times if it starts to look crappy

i think the tint is the proper way to go, deff gives a even look the whole lens and across all lenses and can be removed easy

I prefer paint... to each their own..
