wrecked my rs , making little changes

so it wasent a horrible wreck and I work a body shop so I have a bout a week to play with .
I wasted 2 wheels so im getting a complete a/m set for less than 2 gm wheels big supprise pics to come.
next since the bumper is off for replacement I will try to put on my light bar and modify my lower grill a little

first on that i want to delete the front plate mount to suck in the plate a little
then im going to cut out the rs version of a mustache and add a rs badge in the lower corner .
and of course I cant get these pics to load ..[emoji35]

Nowhere yet until I get it home , just taking advantage of It being up at work but I did put a hole in the shroud above it and ran its harness though there and under the upper tie bar to keep it off the condenser or anything else

Yeah get the plate away from the grill. I kick myself everyday for putting mine in the standard place.
Guy at the sonic meet had made a simple solid L bracket out of an old plate and mounted it lower underneath the entire grill. (Kicking myself again for not thinking of that).

and its finally back oun the ground with the new wheels.
Tomorrow we will get it on the rack and se if it needs a cradle

good news no cradle yet.
bad news had to order a rear axle from Lansing Michigan and have to re order the rear bumper so one more week in the rental.

side note I work in the parts department for the collision center at a decent sized chevy dealer in Texas , we have two other sonics in the shop and had most parts in stock for,
mine not so much the rs really does have alot of different parts from the others

got it back finally!
every thing is great exept the steering is really tight and doesent return to zero real fast , I cant tell if its the steering rack or just because of the wheels being wider with more offset, time to find a stock one to compare
