Ordered some Laminx smoked tint a few months ago. The lady threw it on today while I was at school. Turned out pretty nice IMO.

Wheels are expected Wednesday (the anticipation is killing the both of us) Fifteen52 also threw in a ton of stickers, plate frames, and air fresheners for the delay. I'm gonna test fit them Wednesday and if everything fits, tires will be ordered and they will be mounted the following week.

So the wheels came in today... They turned out freaking awesome. I had to run to work so I wasn't able to get a test fit in. Gonna try to tomorrow morning. I'll post pictures if I do. For now this is all I've got.

Thanks dude! I ordered tires yesterday for them. We're going with 205/40/17's. I'm a little nervous since it's a smaller tire, but I think it's gonna look good. Just gotta avoid potholes and throw the stocks on for road trips.

Those are VMR V710's, definitely a good looking wheel. That was choice #2 for the Sonic actually.

We did tires yesterday and they turned out awesome. I was a little nervous about going with a 205/40 but they didn't stretch as much as I thought.

Got my tires mounted also and since my car is already low, I slapped them on for a quick test fit. I'm gonna have to roll the quarters in back to clear the lip protector.

Man, I can't even run close to that low in NJ. Pot holes would eat the oil pan for breakfast. Luckily, I have a steel skidplate for the R32, which has saved the oil pan more than once already.

That's a really clean R32, btw. I'm a big fan of debadged cars that let the body lines speak for themselves. Only reason I don't do that myself is because of the cost to fill in the holes left by the bowties and repaint.

I had considered trying to source a Holden Barina front bumper, since theirs doesn't have the recess where the bowtie is supposed to go, but just finding one of those suckers is almost impossible. Plus if I got in a front end collision... super hard to replace.

If I do ever debadge, it will be because I bought a Seibon CF hatch/hood combo.

Those pictures are with it air'd out! trust me, I live in NY the potholes around here are brutal, I raise the car to a decent height while driving.

Dude you're telling me! I wanted to slam the car and throw them on the day we got the tires mounted but the lady wasn't having it and wants to wait until the weekend.

And thank you, I actually got lucky and the previous owner had it shaved. I love the look of it but I don't think I could ever suck up the cost to get it done on another car.
