I used this site for tire size calculation
https://www.tacomaworld.com/tirecalc
I use the actual tire manufacturer's specs when looking at this - not a "generic" tire size charts. While in theory, all tires the same size should have the exact same dimensions - in practice there is a variance.
The OE 195/65/15 Hankook's are 24.9" tall. The OE Hankook 205/55/16 is also 24.9" tall.
Most 205/60/15's are going to be between 24.6 and 24.8" tall. A 215/60/15 will be around 25.1 - 25.3" tall.
Either size will fit on the OE rim and will fit fine on the car. No rubbing or scraping at all.
I like to use tirerack.com to help with tire selection researh. Using their tire lookup I can easily find tires that have the performance characteristics I want and get the actual manufacturers tire specifications.
