FS:Feeler 2015 Sonic RS Hatchback

Hello all,

I am posting as a feeler post. I would like to see if anyone would be interested in my car. It is a manual sonic rs 2015 with 10.5k miles. Everything works wonderfully, I actually love my little car! I am however in a bit of a financial bind and I am contemplated selling it. The only issue is that it has a rebuilt title. That being said I was wondering if 12k is fair? I want to hear some opinions. What do you guys think.

That's what I mean. Having the rebuilt on the title automatically turns many people away. I may just keep it because I know I can trust it and love it. I saw it as a salvage then saw it get fixed so I know I feel different since I saw it all before and after.

Personally seeing the damage before it gets fixed makes all the difference. Value wise I've heard it knocks 30% or so off. Some insurance companies (mine) won't cover a rebuilt title.

Thanks for the input. That's what I have figure out value wise roughly 30% down. Luckily my insurance does cover it and even full coverage not just liability.

Each state has different rules on rebuilt titles.
Some states allow anyone to rebuild them other require a licensed rebuilder to do it.

Sometimes there is an inspection requirement in a new state you move to for a vehicle that has rebuilt title from another state....

I didn't not know that. Yes in IL we need to pass a state inspection and you need a license to do the rebuilding i believe.
