Have to access the my link program...then replace the OEM .avi with the custom one. Has to be a short .avi though....Mine's Darth Vadar

Pretty much^

Basically here's the reader's digest version:
1. Enter development mode
2. Back up the stock startup animations to a flash drive by dragging over the "Startup_ani_1" and "Startup_ani_2" files
3. Name whatever clip you want to load as "Startup_ani_1" and copy and paste it.

For a better, full walk through read this.

To make my animation, I downloaded a video from Chevy's website and spliced it using the Splice iOS app on my phone. Then I emailed it to myself, converted it from an .mov to an .avi using the above parameters and put it on my flash drive to copy and paste in place of the stock file. Easy peezy.

I put on my carbon fiber look overlays

I wasn't a fan of the gold emblems and think these look so much better. Picked up the set for like $6 on ebay.

I also picked up a set of LED bulbs to replace my stock license plate bulbs

It looks so much better with LEDs

I also replaced my reverse lights with LEDs

Finally, I couldn't get a good picture but I also replaced my dome light and map lights with LEDs. I'm really happy with the upgrade. They look amazing!

I use the one in the glovebox. The possibilities are really endless as long as the video fits the parameters!

Love it! Check out the DIY thread on Re ear tailight LED conversion. Mine are now so pretty and cost very little! Freaking love the LED look

Replaced my swaybar endlinks and put my winter wheels on. Endlinks were easy..just didn't have a lot space for the wrench travel so that slowed it down a little.

Finally replaced the intake manifold. It took five hours and I inhaled a lot of gasoline fumes but damn she's finally healthy again! The hardest part was wasting most of my time trying to get the intake manifold out and then the new one back in.
