CarId did this with my order for my Crave Mach M7s.

More wheel manufactures are moving to this model but customers are an impatient pain in the ass requiring instant gratification and not willing to wait 7-10 days for wheels so retail establishments are forced to stock popular inventory...

Just picked up a Set of Drag DR34 17x7.5 42. I'm happy with how they look but think they would look better with a slight drop, anybody know if I could get away with a 2" drop with the kspeeds or not?

Just got these Centerline "17 Vector 92Bs.

I really like the black painted/machined face look with blue topaz. So much, in fact, that I bought some ICW Drones a couple weeks ago for a similar effect.
16x7.5, +38. Rubber is Bridgestone Ecopia (LRR) 205/55 and they coast like crazy compared to the Hankooks.

Drones look awesome! The fact that our cars have black sections around the lights with chrome accents makes black and machined face wheels really pop. If you can't tell, I've been looking at a set myself.

17x7.5 ET34 205/50R17 tires. Fit is good, but I would like more poke - 5mm spacer is next. A good option for someone not looking to go too aggressive and should allow a 225 tire with ease.

5 mm spacers..yeah. (Make sure you put some grease or something between the spacer and the wheel hub...they can "bond" together)

Never experienced that with my 20mm bolt on spacers, but I don't doubt it could happen.

I wish the wheel just had 5mm lower offset from the get go, but the world doesn't want it to be easy to have perfect fitting wheels on a Sonic I suppose..

this hyper fin isn't my style but I love the look era they represent. 80's and 90's jdm was a cool era for wheels when adm wheels were heavy and boring.

I'd made up my mind that I was going to start making small modifications to make my Sonic into an "SS" trim. This, of course meant giving up on my more extreme Khyzal Saleem cyberpunk Sonic. But then I saw these.

Black Rhino: Armory

Yes, that is a negative 18 offset. Yes, they are 9.5 inches wide. No, they are not offered in a 5x105, 5x114.3, or 5x100 pcd. Yes, they are truck wheels.
BUT THEY LOOK LIKE A FREAKING TANK!!!

I could make it work. Really. The actual lug nuts appear to be concealed beneath that massive centercap, so a redrill would be quite easy provided the back mounting surface is flush and not pitted.

Now imagine a Sonic with the front bumper removed and replaced with a police bash bar, a set of beastlick's custom demon-eye headlights with one highbeam removed for the turbo intake, and these babys protruding from the fenders with 245/40r17's wrapped around them.

I'll be posting some hand drawn concept art of this later this month. I just have to find my colored pencils.

EDIT: Oh, they also come in a desert-tan color. Because mil-spec Sonic.
