If they are running the stock TB I'll just spring for the BNR ported TBWhat tb are you designing this for, stock or possibly an ls tb for higher airflow?? Just a question

Currently the flange we have cut for the manifold is designed for the OEM throttle body....however, we are more than capable of cutting any flange for them. My only precaution would be space, its a pretty tight fit around that area.
Yes, please make a turbo manifold. If it's one thing our engine suffers from it's breathing problems. And while you're at it some performance cams would be great tooExcellent. You guys are right on point. If you guys make intake AND turbo manifolds, you'll be getting my money.
I assume you are using the stock fuel rail and injectors? We managed to get this almost wrapped up, however we have to make a small change to the fuel rail mounting for the prototype. Here are a few more pics so you can see our progress.
Any questions or comments are more than welcome, if all goes well we should be on the dyno in a week or two.

Awesome.Yes, currently we have the OEM rail and injectors on the manifold. We do have a fuel rail designed for the sonic.
Vented hoods aren't too expensive if you DIY ;0)I don't think It would be too bad. I would honestly do some form of protective thermal coating to keep it shielded from the under hood temps. I also would suggest wrapping the down pipe. You'll protect a lot of components from unwanted heat and does a good job reducing temps under the hood if you can't spring for a vented hood.
