Hey minitrucking, I had some questions about this custom fit for you. How many miles do you have on them and how are they holding up? Do the semi metallics screech real bad or just a tiny bit? (I heard them do both on different cars) Lastly does anybody know where to find drilled/slotted encore rotors? All I can find right now is drilled/slotted for the rear rotors which I thought was kind of weird

I have had these brakes for 18 months, roughly 27k on them. No issues as of yet.
Im running hawk pro street semi mets. Fantastic but tons of dust and if its below 50 degrees omg the noises these things make, yoi will get out and look at your brakes before you keep driving the first time you hear it haha.
Dont try drilled slotted. As far as i found ebc makes them for 120 per rotor, directional cut

Also, encore dust sheilds will fit. You only need to drill one hole

Soooo.....I know.....dead thread and all....but....would the same year Camaro rotors fit? I am a machinist by trade so drilling the new bolt pattern or boring the inside isn't an issue for me assuming they will work otherwise.....Internet says they are 12" diameter.
Sorry again....mostly. kind of.
EDIT: After re-reading certain pages it sounds like this I only 0.200" larger than the other rotors? Is there anything else I need to worry about? Would this not also solve the potential problem of over travel some have mentioned?

No. The Camaro rotors don't have the correct offset. I think i found the correct rotors a few pages back that had the ideal thickness and backspace. Dodge Caravan rotors I believe. Redrill the stud holes for those and it should be perfect.
FYI. I'm at about 20k on my Camaro caliper swap and all is working well also. Pedal feel is great. Probably the only thing I don't like is the hill hold assist. Seems the release is a bit harsher sometimes.

If I'm understanding correctly then yes? Dodge rotors that are correct dimensionally for the camaro/corvette caliper swap? And all I'd have to do was re-drill the bolt pattern?

I think these were the correct rotors to use.
They are for a 2009 to 2012 Dodge Journey or Dodge Grand Caravan. The center bore is a little larger so it may end up needing a concentric ring to keep the rotors centered on the hub. Or possibly drill the stud holes tight enough to not leave any play when the rotor mounts up. The tapered hole for the hex set screw to hold the rotor to the hub isn't on these either.
These are basically the same thickness as the Camaro rotors and about 2mm larger diameter so the pads aren't riding on the edge. They should have the correct offset to center it up when using the Encore bracket too.

So I just got a quote from the parts store. 72.09CAD (roughly 54 american) tax in for a pair of standard rotors. Seems pretty alright actually.
EBay has drilled and slotted rotors but they're a bit more expensive and I dunno what kind of quality they would be.
