2002 PT Cruiser Limited Edition 56,000 miles on it.

I'll say one thing, Chrysler really nailed the whole "fit and finish" thing on this car. Except for the chrome rims corroding like crazy, the rest of the car is great in that regard, especially the LE's interior. Leather heated seats, three power ports, moon roof, the whole shebang. I'm pretty spoiled now, and hope the LTZ can at least come close.

As for the rest of the PT, well lets say that PT must have stood for Pretty Turd because I've had one problem after another. That's why we want a new car.

Oops! Wrong Mileage on my 2005 Cobalt

Geeze. I try to do everything perfectly. Now I come back to this thread and see the wrong mileage on my 2005 Cobalt.

The mileage is 135,000 -- 135K (like I drove a lot of miles since that earlier post!).

BTW, the wee red Cobalt is as quick as Jack the Bear for getting onto the freeway. This car is so good that I even though about buying After-Market Heated Seats. Bun Warmers.

"End of a Car's Useful Life" = when the repair/replacement of parts starts mounting up. By that standard I can easily drive this car to 150K and maybe more.

I drive a 2011 Chev. Cruze LT auto with the 1.4t (This car is a keeper for years to come.) and a 2001 Oldsmobile 4.0 Aurora, which I will be trading for a 2012 LTZ Sonic auto.

I will be waiting for the 1.4t before I order because the 1.4t is really a great engine for both the Cruze and the Sonic.
