Anyone list actual part numbers of everything?

From the looks of it you could just buy:

• Power Stop AR82177XPR rotors ($55.79 each rockauto) - 14 Buick Encore Rotors
• Power Stop S4692 Performance Caliper ($107.99 amazon) 02 Camaro SS Dual piston calipers
• Some decent set of Camaro semi metallic break pads (<$80)
• 2x Dorman Banjo Bolts Part # 13912 ($8 each)

A little more pricy but no core charges/junk yard trips(the ones near me suck and are expensive). Pre painted too

Does any one know if the 17" LTZ wheels clear the Camaro brakes? They seem to have specs of 6.5Jx17 ET41.5 so they should be ok but I wanted to double check with you guys; it seems most of pictures I've seen here have been of Sonics RS so the wheels were different. Thanks.

Yes they fit fine, I have the Zspec LTZ wheels for summer and they clear fine.

So I have the new Camaro brake calipers and bracket (https://www.amazon.com/CKOE00964-Premium-Semi-Loaded-Caliper-Assembly/dp/B019NUHKC8) and I have an original Sonic caliper and bracket for reference. I am trying to see how milling out 0.10" inches from the new Camaro caliper brackets' mounting hole surface will make it be centered with the 2014 Encore rotors; I will take pictures later on and show you guys what I mean. I saw the previous posts on how another user here did his but I want to make sure that I "measure twice, cut once".

Pretty simple prospect. By the looks of his pictures 0.1" was either a bit too much or not quite enough..(I cant remember which one.)...either way if you bolt it up you should be able to get a decent measurement from either side of the rotor. Apparently Grand Caravan rotors are the perfect offset and merely need to be re-drilled. Thats what I plan to do when I can get around to it.
Mine is parked for the winter though, and I'n thinking my next car project is going to be machining a 2" spacer lift for the winter-optimized-TDI DD endeavor.

So, going back to how much to mill off the Camaro caliper brackets (0.10"), here's the correspnding measurement:

I just finished the brake swap on my Sonic. Although pedal travel is a bit more pronounced, modulation is better, and definitely more grab at the end. I'll take more pictures tomorrow when I check everything out and do a final bleed.

Pedal travel is not as pronounced as I thought and the grab is more linear and at the end it will bite hard if you brake hard, so it's definitely a HUGE improvement. I am so happy with this swap, I don't know how to express it; just pure awesomess!

So I made this leap... New 02 Camaro SS calipers, EBC Encore Rotors and Hawk 5.0 pads(all from Summit). There's a machine shop in the area I'm gonna hit up for the bracket milling but I have one question that wasn't addressed (or maybe it was and I missed it).... Re-Use the Sonic bracket-to-spindle bolts?

Also, encore dust sheilds will fit. You only need to drill one hole

I tried to find Encore dust shields and can only find them listed as "Front", no right or left. I went with the 2015 Base model. I can find Rears Left and Right, but only one Part Number for Front...!?!

I can't believe the same one fits both right and left.

Very nice; I used the original bracket-to-spindle bolts. My next upgrade will be stainless steel braided lines.
