Godspeed coilovers

Hey everyone,

I am from Dubai and shipping rates can get ridiculously high. That's why I am opting to go with Godspeed coilovers offered on ebay as they are giving me a good price. I wanted to go with the megan ones which costs a bit more but shipping for these are like $300 plus.

As for the Godspeed ones I can't find any photos online of these installed. I asked the seller and he said it gives a minimum drop of 2-3 inches and can go lower.

I hear that these are good so I wanted to check with you guys if I should get these. If anyone knows if I can get the megans for a better rate it would be really helpful. I tried to contact D2 motoring but got no response.

I had these on my first Sonic. It was a 13 HB 1.4 6mt. Absolutely no issues, just set your preload correctly prior to install. I put about 20k on them and they were still going strong. Of course you have to re use or buy new top hats. Not a bad set up for $600.

See I asked because I did bought them, went to this performance shop to get them installed and after 6 hours they told me that these coilovers don't fit my vehicle. That nothing fits, like is not even made for the Sonic.

But I already have my suspicions that they're lying to me, and it's becoming more so if you have them installed. I just think they have no idea of what they're doing, and still charged me for half labor.

I will go to a second mechanic and see what they tell me. Hopefully they will work, and if they do, attempt to get my money back... (doubt it tho)

Looks like the same kit and part number I bought from AMAZON.
