Hello everyone, looking to get the most horsepower gains for minimum$

Thinking the following:

Zzp intake-$249
Zzp down pipe-$200
Cat back exhaust-$240
BNR Tune-$?
Porting intake manifold
V2 PCV bypass


Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I made a post where I tested almost every modification you listed with 0-60 times. This may help you decide.

Zzp intake-$249 - Minimal gain and on stock tune throw lean code
Zzp down pipe-$200-
Cat back exhaust-$240 - Full exhaust on stock tune has a gain but the stock tune will pull timing to compensate so not much if any gain.
BNR Tune-$? - Best bang for the buck by itself as you'll actually see a difference with just a stock car no mods. But with your listed mods you'll see bigger gains than with stock tune.
Porting intake manifold - Haven't tested but read get a bit of top end power with around 10hp.
V2 PCV bypass - No performance gain other than fixing the intake manifold oil issue. I still have stock and it's holding up so far.
Upgraded Wastegate - If you go the route of the tune it's a definite to be on your list to get the most out of the tune.
42lb injectors - If you plan to push the most out of BNR tune and plan to run E83 then worth it but not required.

No plans to run e85. Not looking for a speed racer just want to tinker mostly and get some gains out of it.

As far as a wastegate and setting spring pressure. Why wouldn't I just want to go straight to say 25lbs or higher? Seems like that's a cheap upgrade for a lot of gains.

If you referring to just doing a wastegate with stock tune, it won't work. You'll throw all types of Codes. But the bnr tune and Watergate combo even on stock intake exhaust you'll see a nice bump. You won't be holding 25PSI by any means but you'll be 20 PSI or so falling to about 12PSI redline.

My goal is to have it still very reliable but I'd like to surpass the 200HP mark. Will the parts and mods listed above net 200whp?

Good mod list, but I don’t know if that’s gonna make 80-90 whp for ya tho....maybe consider an e85 tune when you work with BNR?

Tune is 600, WG 140-250, injectors 200, is the minimum setup to change the car pretty dramatically. But that won't net you close to 200. So to get the most out of the tune and E85 you'll also want intake and full exhaust which with everything listed is a another noticeable bump in power with the tune. So another 600-800 depending on intake and exhaust you get. Total 1600-1850 for everything or 950ish without intake and exhaust.

Also keep in mind you'll need to data log and send to BNR for refreshes as you add mods. So it takes time to get it how you want it. But makes the car feel like it should have been from factory. If you like to tinker you'll have fun.

I recommend a tune. Honestly, even without the bigger injectors you'll see a very nice performance gain.

If you were to buy all the bolt-on's without a tune, you would end up at exactly the same horsepower/torque from the factory due to the ECU making corrections.

Go with an Elite tune from Trifecta first, that way you can add things later down the road. Then you'll actually see and maintain gains from the CAI and other mods you decide to do.

#42s are totally worth it if you want much larger gains, Just make sure you're not buying fakes. I'd sell you mine from my sonic that blew up, but I left them in the fuel rail when I turned the car over to insurance....
