Agree with that. Trying higher octane fuel may give a bit more performance. . .Basically you can only do a cold air intake and exhaust. Maybe get a tune if you're in the States.
To be honest, you wont see any performance gains from intake and exhaust without doing a tune, and at the end of the day you're going to be putting down a lot of cash to get maybe 5 - 10bhp extra, even less if you have an auto.
Here in South Africa, we only get 95 Octane. 1 standard of fuel, nothing else to choose from. 1 price for fuel in land and 1 price along the coast (due to cost of freight to get fuel inland).Agree with that. Trying higher octane fuel may give a bit more performance. . .
This out of the Holden Barina Owners manual bottom of page under "Fuel" states the 1.6L (1.8L sibling).
