2014 Chevy Sonic AC button problems

Hey all, my AC button only kicks on when I have it set to 4 and sometimes 3. Blows hot air on all speeds but cold only works the two. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Perhaps the thin cable has slipped off or broken on the knobs that control the temperature and air flow.
this link might help to check if the thin cable slipped off the control knob pulley.
