I misread CoHPhasor reference to 2012 as 2013. I added 2013 to my reply. I suspect CoHphasor meant to use 2013 as the rear spoiler is standard on the 2013 Sonic LTZ Sedan.

That makes more sense then. I guess if it's standard on the 2013 model, it'll be readily available to order for us losers with 2012 models.

You had me going there for a minute. I was about to go raise some hell at the dealership because my 2012 sedan arrived sans "standard lip spoiler."
(but of course, I knew that couldn't be right because of all the LTZs I've seen, not one had the spoiler.
)

GM does not have a full stock on these spoilers just yet. They have the primerd ones available and also Silver ones already. Most of the colors have an invoice/part number but no stock just at this moment. Everything would be back ordered. Can take 1week/ several months. I checked on an Inferno Orange one today. I work at a GM Dealership. Also some of the part numbers from GM for these products have already been changed, be aware. Dealership gets them for about $203 a pop, and my body shop, may be different elsewhere, has a rate at about $44 an hr to either paint or hook up.

So is this going to be same spoiler that 262Sonic posted above in the pics of his white sedan? How was it available then and not now? Either they had a really limited run back then or somewhere in this country is a plethora of Sonic sedans with that lip spoiler. It's not here in Michigan, that's for sure!

Yes same as the spoiler on his sedan. And as i stated, you CAN get the spoiler now, it is available by GM but they do not have a full inventory. I cannot purchase the one that i want with out placing a back order through them. They do have the Primered Spoilers avail now to purchase. As i was saying is that they are just limited on colors. The only color that was avail to me today was Silver. I guess more silver sonics demand the spoilers so they have the supply or something lol idk, but the inferno orange one that i was wanting to order is not in GMs stock. And also as i said the Part #'s on them change and vary.
I myself can't wait to get one. I'm wanting to order it straight from GM with factory paint already on and finished, cause i get my employee pricing and also i dont much trust my body shop to paint it and getting it to match my factory color.

I was told by my parts department that under the old p/n the lips were available but the new p/n are not active yet. I love my wing but a 13 honda accord passed me with a lip with the same colir combo as mine and its was sweet!!!!
