no it sounds like a bad bearing

Rotate the tire and see if it remains with that area of the car or if it moves.

I just started noticing a similar noise/vibration from the front end after 6000 miles. it feels like something rubbing or maybe going over a rough road. It's really annoying because I can feel it coming up through the floor and gas pedal. I'm going to have to take it in to the dealer. It definitely wasn't there when I first got the car.
