I hope you are right . I love the brightness of them all . But I need to check with my dealer first . I hope I can join you soon . My commute is a 3am in the mornings all my other cars trucks and bike have super bright light installed just for safety reasons .

Any of those won't void your warranty.

Also, I recommend Mobil 1. I've heard a story about it being tested by a company where the oil heater malfunctioned and left the oil at 450 C overnight. The oil was perfectly fine.

Also, thats what the cars are probably shipped with, and it's what GM Racing uses.

Gosh I would hope no warranty would be void changing a bulb. If anything its better on the car and wiring drawing less amps right?

That story wouldnt surprise me AxelRipper. Some of their older products were eh... but the M1 0w-30 and 0w-20's appear to be pretty awesome products from Mobil. I live in the arctic midwest so I tend to gravitate to 0w's. The price you pay at Wal-Mart (24-26 depending where you are) is tough to beat too for the product.

The stuff is slowly trickling in. Tonight I got my LED reverse lamps installed. It took some effort as I had to completely remove the tail light to get to the socket so I could bend the tabs inward a bit to make better contact. I also had to bend the contacts on the bulb a bit for them to line up properly and give a dependable connection, otherwise they would go out upon being knocked around by a bump.

Yep, both use the W5W wedge socket, but the license plate bulbs are smaller low-wattage 194 bulbs while the reverse lamps are higher-power 921 bulbs.

If I missed it sorry, but are you doing interior LED's too? I'll be curious what you use if you do. The interior lights leave a lot to be desired IMO.

Actually, I just ordered all the interior LEDs about 30 minutes ago from V-LEDS.

I've got some LEDs I got from Japan for the Nissan cube I was going to buy in the front map lights and cargo area light for the moment. They work, but they aren't white enough or bright enough, plus I still needed the center dome bulb.

The tail/brake? I'm going to wait until V-LEDS runs another sale before I buy any more LED bulbs. They are supposed to run it around Christmas.

17lbs. according to my bathroom scale. They're the lightest wheels I've ever handled. lol

Chevy produces three sets of wheels for the Sonic... 15", 16", and the 17" wheels that come on the LTZ. You could have chosen the 16" wheels which, in my opinion, look better than the 15's and look a lot more like the new ones you're having installed... well, more than the 15 inchers.

Matter off fact, I've seen no dealer offer the 16" option at all. The 16" option has a lot more of that "tuner" look than the 15" or the 17"wheels.

If I had the option of the 16" wheels when ordering the LTZ I would get those... even though I would rather have 17" wheels, size-wise. Sadly, the LTZ only comes with that one 17" wheel specifically.

Were you even aware of the 16" option?

Oh no, don't get me wrong... great choice on the polished wheels. I didn't realize Cruze Eco wheels were that nice, and I especially didn't realize they weighed so little. That's pretty light for most stock 17" wheels.

I thought the 16" wheels were offered on all models except the LTZ (My bad!)... and I didn't know if you were even aware of those.

I think your ride is going to look absolutely hot with that color and those polished wheels. Man, you gotta' put those puppies on right now.. you know you want to!
