New icon showed up on radio...

Attached is a picture of my radio display. Does anyone know what the icon to the left of the Bluetooth symbol is? It just showed up today and it's not in the owners manual.

Had one of those for my first car/truck, I couldn't kill the damn thing even when I tried to.

Obviously I didn't or I would not have asked, smart ass. I never use the CD player. I only put one cd in one time just to see if it worked. I forgot it was in there. I noticed the symbol several days later. It looks nothing like a CD. Its not even round. Maybe if Chevy round do a more thorough job with their manual I would not have had to come here and ask
