Well I suppose I can't keep it a secret forever...

It's actually a keychain that I found on amazon or ebay or somewhere -- I forget specifically, because I bought a handful of keychains & lapel pins while trying to find the one I liked best. (NOTE! If anyone's interested, I can resell some of the other ones I didn't use.)

For this one, since it was a keychain, I cut off the 'hook' (which was along his top edge) and ground it down nice and smooth with a dremel. Then cleaned the back side well, cleaned the car well, and affixed him with 3M automotive moulding tape!

I'm outside looking at my car and actually see several spots I would like. On the front mustache offset to the side, front area between the grill before the hood starts, possibly in the center of the Chevy bow tie, or the OP's location looks pretty cool as well

I honestly think the emblem is a nice touch..... I personally don't want to associate my Sonic with a video game, but I give a thumbs up of approval on the emblem.

Interestingly enough, the one I used I almost didn't buy! One of the reviews said the metal was gold, and that wasn't going to match. My wife encouraged me to buy it anyway, and decide once I got a good look at it. Turns out the metal was silver after all, and its size was perfect. It was a no brainer for me at that point!
