Mine is from a 2015 RS and measures 38.25" (widest) x 24". The narrower end is 36" wide and is about 0.75" thick. I hope this helps and good luck!

I've watched a several videos of Sonics with BNR, ZZP and Trifecta tunes. One thing they seem to have in common is the ~4500 RPM rev limiter. IMO, this particular limitation seem dumb and when I listen to others revving their modified cars and can't get any higher than 4500 RPM, it kind sounds...

Wondering if anyone makes a more robust stock turbo assembly than Chevy? With the common failures I see with OEM, it's got me looking around for an aftermarket OEM turbo. TIA!

If you're talking about the locking clip that's part of the tab, I realized after reinstall that I didn't have that pushed in after first install.

I have an RS with the 1.4L. I DC'd the battery again and pulled the MSD out (unplugged) and checked plugs for tightness then put it all back together. Car seemed fine afterwards. Plenty of spunk. Other than the coil pack, I have an AEM SRI and nothing more.

Installed MSD coil pack, colder spark plugs and replaced hi/low headlights with ZZP LED's. Got another set of H11's to replace fog lamps with once my knees heal enough to get on the ground. Can't wait to get some night time driving in!

2015 RS w/ less than 30K miles. I've noticed during hard pulls, 2nd gear doesn't like to mesh right away and 3rd does this, too, but less often. Is this common for these cars or do I have syncro's going out? TIA!

Huh, that blows... Could you go to a salvage yard and get an ECM to replace yours with?

Did ZZP provide a response about your ECM?

If I'm using the radio, things rattle at 15 and above. If I'm using Pandora, the rattles start much sooner. It gets so bad I have to turn the music off. The rattle sounds like loose change bouncing around in the door pockets.

I've heard the downpipe is grounds for a voided warranty. Not sure about the others, though. Hope ZZP can help you out!
