Ok, Well you could get a socket and breaker bar and put it on your crankshaft pulley and see if it spins over by hand if it does you know something electrical is going on

What is it doing now? You may have hydrolocked the engine pull the plugs out amd turn the engine over it will get rid of any water,and check your air filter if it’s full More then likely made its way to the engine, what does your oil look like?
